Dipl.-Ing. Bernward Becker
Bernward Becker, born in 1961, studied surveying in the mid to late 80s and is one of the founding members of VTW GmbH in 1993. From 2005 to 2021 he was the sole managing director of VTW GmbH. Since 2022 Philip Landa has been second manager.

Through his visions and the constant urge for new tasks, he always manages to successfully integrate innovative techniques in the field of CAD and surveying into his company and thus to work more economically for his customers.

Philipp Landa, born in 1985,
From 2009 to 2012 he studied geodesy for a bachelor's degree at the Bochum University of Applied Sciences and from 2012 to 2014 he deepened his studies in the field of engineering surveying and 3D laser scanning for a master's degree at the Stuttgart University of Applied Sciences.
He has been a shareholder and managing director at VTW since 2022.

Due to his proximity and affinity to science and technology, he helps with the latest measurement techniques and evaluation methods in the area of hardware and software to implement in the company.
Dipl.-Ing. Karl Duckat
​
Karl Duckat, born in 1970, studied surveying at the University of Applied Sciences in Essen from the early to mid-1990s, specializing in engineering surveying.
Karl Duckat has been a shareholder and managing director since January 1, 2024.
​
Looking at customer satisfaction as well as that of the team is of central importance to him.
Mastering the daily challenges is both a team effort and the achievement of each individual colleague.
B. Eng. Nora Wippermann

Nora Wippermann, born in 1998, studied geodesy with a specialization in laser scanning at the Bochum University of Applied Science.
She joined the VTW team as a shareholder in January 2024.
​
Nora Wippermann is responsible for 3D laser scanning and 3D aerial surveying. She is also in charge of the SCC certification of our company.
B. Eng. Dominik Parr
​
Dominik Parr, born in 1987, studied geodesy with a focus on laser scanning at the Bochum University of Applied Sciences in the early 2010s.
Since January 2020 he has also strengthened the team at VTW as a shareholder.
​
Dominik Parr is responsible for 3D laser scanning and 3D aerial surveying. Developing a tangible result from billions of individual points is one of his primary areas of responsibility.
