In the early phase of large-scale projects, the topic of visualisation of planning is increasingly coming to the fore.
How the latest measurement technology supports
Official approvals, feasibility studies and the interests of many parties have to be coordinated. This is where the latest measurement technology can help.
The affected area of approx. 1.5 km² was surveyed with a surveying drone and a high-resolution point cloud was generated. The planned construction measures were provided to us by our partner office Ingenieurbüro Grobecker GmbH as a 3D model.
These 3D models were photorealistically integrated into the point cloud and provide our client with an impression of what his construction project may look like from any perspective.
The images sometimes look so realistic that it is difficult to see the difference between planning and reality.

The challenge
We were faced with the challenge of a winter flight, as the light conditions are not optimal at this time of year. In addition, there were few operational time windows.
